Petssentials offers residents a safe, time saving resource for purchasing quality pet products, like fresh food, treats, toys, and sanitary items, so you never have to be without the essentials.
Simply go to our conveniently placed machine and insert your money, pay app, or ATM/credit card. Your selection will be dispensed for your instant use.
Bevi Sparkling Flavored Water Machine
Perfect for the thirsty days of summer is our Bevi Sparkling Flavored Water Machine – the bubbly, bottleless water dispenser located in the Main Lobby Resident Lounge. Bevi’s flavors taste the way nature intended them, made from natural extracts and no artificial ingredients. Each flavor is vegan, kosher certified, and free from sodium, gluten, and GMOs. You can choose from over a dozen zero and low-calorie flavors. Need a boost? Go for a flavor enhanced with caffeine or electrolytes. Bring your own water bottle to help reduce single-use plastics.
Head on down to the Main Lobby Resident Lounge and treat yourself to a steaming cup of coffee from our LavAzza Coffee Machine. Founded in 1895 by Luigi Lavazza in Turin, Italy, LavAzza coffee is renowned for its excellent quality and flavor. Since 2004, the Giuseppe and Pericle Lavazza Foundation has promoted and financed international sustainability projects in coffee-producing countries, supporting their environmental, social, and economic development, while encouraging the entrepreneurship of its coffee producers and improving their living conditions. Our coffee is $.75 a cup, but rest assured that the product is well worth it!
